In this position, you need to be able to follow instructions and carry out tasks independently. Must be willing to continue to learn and keep up with technological standards as they change. Have problem solving skills and think outside the box. Be able to play detective and follow symptoms of a problem. Be able to ask for help when something is outside of your skill set and not waste too much time before that determination is made.
